To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rgo356, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds you have deposited into your Account during the six-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Platform. Technical issues, server downtime, internet connectivity problems, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect your ability to access or use the Services. We shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of such interruptions.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat, email, or WhatsApp. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining Balance in your Account, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and verification procedures. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except at our sole discretion.
